I Am Strong

I Am STRONG!

I am NOT Weak!

My strength is NOT defined by how I express myself.

Strength is defined by character NOT by expressions of the self.

I am NOT weak because I paint my nails.

Or because I sport a dress.

I am NOT weak when wearing heels,

even when I feel duress.

I am NOT weak for liking skirts,

Or wearing makeup.

I am NOT weak despite wearing less shirts,

hearing that I get fed up.

Strength is NOT defined by macho talk,

I am NOT weak for wearing colorful socks.

Strength is NOT defined by hunting or camping,

I am NOT weak because I like stamping.

Strength is NOT defined by muscles alone,

I am NOT weak because I wear less cologne. 

Strength is NOT whether or not I wear a gaff¹,

I am NOT weak because my wife stands up for me.

Strength is NOT because of how many testicles I have.

I am NOT weak because of my compassion for others around thee.

I am NOT weak!

I am STRONG!

And I am BOLD for being me!
